RULES!:
•1. All Regular Auctions will close on the stated closing dates at 9 p.m. Eastern Time, or at a point after 9 when an individual lot does not receive a bid for 30 minutes after 9 p.m. (Each lot will close individually after 30 minutes of inactivity after 9:00 p.m. Eastern time!)... **All $2 or $3 Minimum Bid Auctions will close on the stated closing dates at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time, or at a point after 3 when an individual lot does not receive a bid for 30 minutes after 3 p.m. (Each lot will close individually after 30 minutes of inactivity after 3:00 p.m. Eastern time!)...
•2. To bid on-line, you must register on-line! Remember to Record Your "User Name" and "Password" when registering on-line. To bid by phone, please call toll free (866)861-2330. Bids may be made toll free by phone(866-861-2330), fax (419-482-6721), on-line at www.kevinsavagecards.com (24 hours a day) or by mail as long as they comply with rules #1, #3, & #4. If the toll free line is not working in your area- please call (419)482-6720 which is another direct line into our company.
•3. We do take ceiling bids(Both on-line and by phone) and offer a call back service(phone bidders). Please call for details.
•4. All Bidders will only be allowed to bid on individual lots which they have bid on previous to the 9:00 P.M. Eastern time deadline for initial bids- No exceptions. We suggest you place your initial bids early in the week (at least a day before the auction closing date) to avoid not meeting this rule.

Over $100.00 5% of the bid

***Due to computer "logic"- bid increments can change based on bidders who place blind ceiling bids on-line, via faxed-in bids, or who place "blind" bids with one of our operators.
•6. There are NO buyers Premiums or hammer fees associated with our auctions- you pay only what you bid plus a reasonable and appropriate postage and insurance charge. UPS shipping charges are usually applied to invoices unless a P.O. Box is listed as your delivery address. If you wish to inquire about USPS shipping, please call Tim and he'll be glad to give you a shipping charge for USPS service.
•7. Payments for lots will be expected to be received within two weeks of the closing date of the auction. Invoices will be mailed out on the Friday of the auctions closing date. If you wish to combine several auctions together to save on shipping charges, please call us toll free at (866)861-2330 to get a combined shipping charge.
