Garden State Bowl Participant’s Guide Book- Vg creases, has information on schedules, facilities, phone #’s of front office staff, etc. In this final year of the bowl, Tennessee defeated Wisconsin 28-21 in the game. Great idea to have a bowl game outside in balmy New Jersey in December!
